I played at ukcasinoclub on Nov 2008, deposited 250 to finish with 6,050gbp
Nice win, right? I already started to celebrate but it turned out to be way too early…
I sent my documents few times, made few phone calls, sent several emails (to which they simply didn’t replay)
I cannot believe how rude and unhelpful they are to their customers. I played at their casino in good faith and each time I try and contact them, I got the impression that they are just sitting there and laughing at this poor woman who cannot collect her money.
I have wasted countless hours phoning and emailing them, only to be told that they were still 'dealing' with my case, that the department was not open to speak to, that the person I needed to talk to wasn't there etc. etc. I have never come across such appalling service.
I felt that they had left me with no other option so I filed a complaint with ecogra on Feb 10th, maybe then would help me…
After 6 weeks (god knows what took them so long) they sent me the following email which is a complete BS:
We have investigated your query with UK Casino Club and have made the following findings;
Your account has been linked to other accounts at the casino through identifiers.
We have reviewed these identifiers and are satisfied that the operator has acted according to their Terms and Conditions in locking your account at UK Casino Club. For security reasons we are not at liberty to disclose the nature of the identifiers.
Your deposit will be refunded to your NETeller account.
Bearing the above in mind I must inform you that we find your dispute to be invalid.
I know they don’t have any identifier, it’s all crap. The only identifier in work in this casino is the one that identifies big winners
The sad thing is that ecogra is taking the casino side without making any questions.
