| I think just about everyone has this problem. There doesn't seem to be a good way to play these cards (2-6's). I like to fold these in early position (seat 1,2,3)...unless I'm short stack at the table ... |

True... the bettor or person first to act has to show first. The loser does not have to show their hand, BUT if the winner ask to see it... they have to show it before it reaches the mucked cards.

It depends on position...in EP I'll limp with any playable hand..
Late Position I'll raise with almost any playable hand if there are no raises before me. |

You ABSOLUTELY made the correct play. You only had 1500 in there you didn't really have much of a hand as promising as it was. You weren't even in the money yet.
